Here’s a Christmas present I made for Ked’s mom. She loves dragons and is the proud owner of two absolutely adorable dogs (Suzie and Snuggle), so I tried to combine the two in some fun way. Suzie loves to swim in a pond in the backyard, and one day finds that her dream retreat has been invaded by a strange creature…
Next up is a sketch of my Dragon Age character, Peregrine. Dragon Age is my current obsession – I absolutely love the wonderful dialogue and intriguing characters in that game. I recommend it for anyone who is interested in fantasy RPGs. This sketch was done on New Year’s with green and orange pens. Lots of detail was lost in the scanner since it didn’t handle green very well.
Considering how much D&D sketches I post here, perhaps I should start referring to them with a number instead of a proper title…
Anyway, here goes again!
Here’s my D&D bard Zinnia, who uses a kantele as her “weapon” of choice. She’s the diplomat of the party, usually being able to sweet-talk anyone into giving her what she wants (or getting the party out of embarrassing situations).

I have been woefully neglecting my webpage due to a very, very busy time in my life. Also, my computer broke down during the summer, taking several nearly finished drawings with it. These days I’m using my fiancee’s laptop for my computer uses, since I won’t be able to afford my own for some time yet.
However, here are a couple of things I’ve been working on lately:
A Guild Wars forum drawing contest entry, of my dervish Cassia fighting her evil doppelganger.
Some random sketch-comics from a new Dungeons & Dragons campaign I’m playing with three friends.
For the 100 drawings challenge. Number 74, “Are you challenging me?”
I started this as a random copic work with my few remaining working copics, then started doing touch-ups on the computer because I got frustrated at the lack of different shades of colour. Then I got frustrated with the whole thing and just left it unfinished…. Clicky on the thumbnail!
